About this module

This module aims to explore the stance and approach practitioners take to their work, providing a sound ethical foundation for moving on to consider the methods and techniques used in practice. There is an emphasis throughout on the synthesis between theory, practice and reflection and the learning, teaching and assessment process is shaped by these principles.

All health and social care professionals and those working with families

All members of the course team are both experienced higher education educators and practicing Senior Family Therapists in the field of Children’s and Adults mental health. We have skills knowledge and experience of working with current evidenced practice based models and developing research.
