About this module

This module is designed for health care professionals who have in interest in collective, transformative and relationship based approaches to leadership. It is designed to assist staff in becoming more influential within their roles through enhancing communication, relationships, personal effectiveness, resilience and autonomy.

The module focuses on an assets based approach to developing self and others with an emphasis on supportive and motivational relationships. Modelling compassionate leadership, the module aims to develop leaders who can inspire a shared purpose, support the delivery of high quality, patient-centred care and contribute to an organisational culture engaged with constructive change.

All health and social care professionals, nursing; physiotherapists; podiatrists; paramedic, occupational therapy, pharmacists, ultrasonography.
