Course description

This webinar presents four areas of thought regarding strategic thinking and planning and asks you to think of an appropriate approach to business during and post Covid-19.

Traditional models for planning will be considered, followed by ideas of ‘disruption’, ‘innovation’ and ‘prescriptive versus emergent strategy’.  During the session you will be invited to re-frame any long-held beliefs you may have around business.

Learning outcomes

As well as delivery of theories and models, the webinar will provide you with an opportunity to discuss innovative and disruptive ideas and new business models. By the end of the session, you will have knowledge of the tools and techniques required to apply all you have learned to your own businesses.

Fees and funding

We are pleased to highlight that this workshop is being delivered at a fully funded rate for eligible organisations, meaning there is no cost to your business. Contact us on the email address below to find out about ERDF funding for SMEs.
