Course description

In 2017 the manufacturing sector in the UK accounted for £186billion of economic output and 44% of all UK exports. Customers, wherever they are in the world, expect seamless service from their suppliers. With the growing complexity of global supply chains, it is becoming more difficult for supply chains to be risk-free and sustainable. The development of an appropriate risk management strategy is key to minimising disruption to an organisations value-adding operations.

This short course has been developed for Supply Chain Directors and Senior Managers of SME’s, to provide tools and techniques that can use to evaluate areas of risk within the supply chain and the knowledge to develop an appropriate strategy to deal with the challenges.
