Women's History Month

Throughout the month of March, we will be celebrating Women’s History Month by highlighting the research which our female academics and researchers are undertaking at Derby.

On the 11th of March, in celebration of International Women's Day there will be a range of stalls in the atrium. Please come along to see what we are doing as a University. We are also highlighting and promoting our women in research so look out for details on screens around the University.

On the 18th March, in celebration of Women’s History Month  Repository and Open Access Librarian, Holly Limbert will be leading a workshop in celebration of Women’s History Month which will be of particular interest to women in research. The session aims to cover the benefits of Open Access, best practice for submissions to UDORA, and becoming more visible as a researcher by increasing your online profile. The session will also present itself as a networking opportunity for staff and students alike!
