What can I do if I can’t access the system?

There are arrangements for announcements on iD and an automated phone line, so if at any point the system is down, you and your students can find out with quickly.

Check the 24 hour eSub helpline +44 (0)1332 593782 or if you're on campus ext 3782.

If there's no mention of a problem then call the IT Service Centre +44 (0)1332 591234 or if you're on campus ext 1234 from 8.00am to 5.30pm.
