Terms and Conditions and Other Policies

When we make you an offer of a place on a programme at the University, a legal contract is formed between you and the University on the basis of the terms and conditions of your offer and the terms and conditions of the University.

Our Terms and Conditions contain important information which you should read prior to accepting your offer.

The University's Terms and Conditions are supplemented by regulations covering admissions; assessment; conduct; discipline; fitness to practise; fees; information technology; intellectual property; complaints and appeals; and personal information, all of which students must also abide by.

Our Regulations, Rights and Responsibilities apply to all taught programmes and to all students registered to study at the University of Derby.
