Paul is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Derby. He has been teaching psychology for the past 27 years, initially at the University of Manchester, then at Staffordshire University and from 2006 here at the University of Derby.

Paul is Research Chair in Energy and Environment in the Institute for Innovation in Sustainable Engineering. He represents the University Research and Knowledge Exchange Office on the University Professorial Council.

Professor in Molecular Ecology

Michael is an Associate Professor in Aquatic Biology. In addition to his teaching and research supervision responsibilities at the University, he is the manager of the Aquatic Research Facility, which was funded through his partnership with SeaLife. He has won numerous awards, including the Charles Darwin Award lecture from the British Science Association.
