The College of Life and Natural Sciences, has an opportunity for a University Funded Full-Time Post Graduate Research Studentship in Geology/Geophysics.

The successful applicant will receive a stipend of £15,009 per annum for 3 years. The post also covers Home/EU PhD tuition fees for 3 years. Please note, if your application is successful and you are assessed as Overseas for fees purposes, you will need to pay the difference between the Home/EU fees and the Overseas fees.

The intended start date is March, or the next available intake.

The successful applicant will be expected to complete their PhD within 3 years, contribute to future College REF submissions and get involved in the wider research activities of the College and University.

Applicants will become part of a friendly and welcoming team and will be supported and managed by their supervisory team.
