Evaluation of the implementation of the Gatsby Benchmarks

iCeGS is currently in the fourth year of a formative and summative evaluation of a group of pilot schools who have been implementing the eight Gatsby Benchmarks of good career guidance. Funded by the Gatsby Charitable Foundation, this project is exploring the structures, policies, practices and processes required to implement each Benchmark effectively, as well as establishing what the impacts of this are on schools, staff, learners and other stakeholders. You can read the interim report published earlier this year.
