This interactive guide has been developed to support you in understanding what online learning is all about, whether it is for you and, if it is, how to prepare for your studies.

The first two chapters have been created to help you learn more about online learning with UDOL and what it's like to study with us.

  1. What is online learning?
  2. The benefits of online learning

Each chapter will take around half an hour to complete, depending on how much you want to dive into the information available. Progress is not tracked and you can move through each chapter at your own pace; as you progress towards becoming a student. You can also revisit each chapter as many times as you like.

The chapters will provide you with access to a range of resources; guides, videos and interactivities, to enable you to understand key information about the programme are you are interested in and to prepare for your studies with us.

So let’s get started. You can select the first chapter, or any of the chapters, by selecting the chapter heading below.

We are in the process of developing a further two chapters which will include information about preparing for your studies and key information you need to know before enrolling onto a course.
