I’m originally from Croydon, Surrey and now reside in Perth, Western Australia.

Why did you decide to study ‘Bridging the Dementia Divide: Supporting People Living with Dementia?’

My mother was recently diagnosed with slight on-set dementia and I needed to pull as many resources as I could find to get a better understanding of what I am dealing with to better help my mother.

How has this course helped you?

‘Bridging the Dementia Divide: Supporting People Living with Dementia’ course has made a difference to my understanding of dementia, and by attending your online course it has helped me to better manage the care for my mother.

How was your experience studying online?

Studying online is new to me so I was a little apprehensive in the beginning, however, once I got my disciplines right, albeit, I had more time on some days than others but, I was able to manage it well. I also found the interaction with other students very helpful and the managing of the course encouraged involvement, which I found nice.
If I do any others I will be better equipped to complete the online course much easier and thank very much for supplying ‘Bridging the Dementia Divide: Supporting People Living with Dementia’.
