Does your company operate in the transport equipment manufacturing supply chain? If yes, this full day workshop will help you develop a useful understanding of logistics and the correlation with improved measurable business outputs.

About the Workshop and Expert Support

Supply chains are everywhere we look – ensuring that the goods and services in which we depend are available when we need them. This one day workshop will be delivered by Melrakki Consultancy Services Ltd, who are specialists in manufacturing and supply chain, with extensive global experience.

You will leave this workshop with an elementary understanding of logistics, and how to meet the needs of your industry and business with a sustainable supply chain. Specifically, you will be introduced to the benefits logistics analysis can bring to your operations and objectives in areas such as:

  • Reducing operational costs
  • Boosting your organisational agility to meet future challenges and demands
  • Improved departmental cohesion
  • The main implications of purchasing and supplying inventory
  • Assess the costs involved in holding inventory
  • Analyse the main techniques for calculating the future demand of inventory
  • Describe the use of product coding in inventory operations

You will also be offered the opportunity to revisit your learning and discuss any forthcoming challenges and plans with an expert, during a one to one post workshop session at a later date, arranged through Enscite.
You can learn more about Melrakki here.
