About the exhibition:

This work presents the culmination of Tom Harrison and Henry Obimpeh studies leading to their Masters qualification.

Obimpeh's photographic practice questions notions of the 'perfect' image by making works from the perspective of the partially sighted. Photographs cover acts of seeing or acts that require the use of sight such as making a photograph, reading, and viewing a football game, but which intentionally occlude critical information within.

Harrison's work explores our urge to watch and our outrage at being watched, our desire to be seen and our reaction to being seen.  Through his photographic practice he hopes to question the nature of personal privacy in the digital age.
