About Agard Court

Agard Court offers students modern, vibrant self-catering accommodation, with flats of between four to six people sharing. Agard Court is an excellent location for students studying at next door's One Friar Gate Square, and those who will be based at the new Cavendish Business School in 2025. It is also close to Derby city centre restaurants, bars and shops.

All kitchens at Agard Court have an adjoining social space with a TV and sofas.

All kitchens contain:

Unibus

All students can use the Unibus service to travel between sites, to Derby city centre and to the train station.

Parking

There is no on-site parking at Agard Court.

If you require parking, you can:

• Apply for a room at Agard Court but make private arrangements for parking nearby. Three-month, six-month and 12-month permits are available. Find out more about parking at Chapel Street or Bold Lane.
• Apply for a room at Agard Court and be put on a waiting list to get a space at a nearby hall of residence. Please note that this does not guarantee you will get a parking space as priority will be given to students living at the particular hall.
