51 week contracts

Most of the contracts we offer in our halls of residence are 42 weeks long but some students will need to stay longer because their courses run for 51 weeks. Here's everything you need to know if you want a 51 week contract for halls.

Longer hall contracts to suit your course

To give students on longer courses, such as Nursing, a better service, Student Living is able to offer 51 week contracts in halls of residence to match the course length. The halls that offer 51 week contracts are Agard Court and St Christopher's Court.

Discounts of £5 a week are available on 51 week contracts at these two halls. 

The longer 51 week contracts are available for all applicants who want them. To opt for the longer contract just select the 51 week option when applying.
