About the role

The University of Derby's Change and Portfolio Management Office (CPMO) ensures successful delivery of key projects and programmes via a project and change management framework. As a Project Manager in this area, you will oversee these projects, providing efficiency, transparency and assurance for stakeholders involved in all strategic initiatives and priority projects. 

You'll also provide support and guidance to colleagues allocated to your projects to lift and embed project and change management best practice.

You'll hold a relevant professional qualification and will have experience of managing multiple projects that deliver organisational change. You'll be comfortable engaging and influencing at a senior level across a business, as well as strong facilitation and collaboration skills.
