The IT Service Centre provides you with a single point of contact for help and advice relating to IT Services.
In many cases our dedicated team will deal with your support request directly, however, where this is not possible, your support request will be passed on to colleagues in one of our third- line support teams.
We advise you to make a few basic checks before contacting the Service Centre. These checks will enable you to give us as much information as possible in order for us to help you. What to do before logging a call.
