A free, face-to-face workshop for businesses

The future of any organisation is dependent upon it staying relevant. This means that new, innovative products and services must keep pace with the marketplace. Product development lifecycle times are becoming shorter and shorter to keep up with customer expectations and needs. While perhaps daunting, a short lifecycle can optimise an organisation's strength by tightening processes and cutting out extra steps.

What will I learn about?

This workshop explains what new product development is and briefly covers the history and pioneers of product development. We will delve into several of the different process models, including product development lifecycles, and discuss the best practices for developing your own new product introduction processes.

The workshop will also set out a series of stages that new products typically go through, beginning with ideation and concept generation, and ending with the product or service introduction to the market.

Can I attend?

This workshop is free and open to any business, large or small, within any sector.
