1 hour video available from the date above. Watch at a time convenient to you.

Do you want to develop new products or services that will give your organisation maximum return on investment? Join this workshop to learn the tools and techniques that will ensure optimal profits for your new initiatives.

This workshop is part of Enscite, which is a partnership between the University of Derby and Aston University. The programme is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

What is the workshop about?

Gaining a return on investment requires a full understanding of the total lifecycle costs and opportunities for a product or service. Unfortunately, too much of the product development concentrates on the launch phase and getting to market. This can result in ‘successful’ products that do not have a sustainable production life and fail to provide the necessary return on investment.

What will I learn?

Learn how to plan the complete lifecycle of your product or service, including assessment of market potential, planned variants over the life of the product, optimized production volumes and controlled end-of life to ensure optimal profits.

What does it cost to attend?

The workshop is part of our Enscite programme which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). This means the workshop is fully funded and offered without any cost to your organisation.
