If you are thinking of securing funding or an external investment in your business then this workshop is a must. Learn the areas you will first need to consider from a highly experienced financial management consultant.

This workshop is part of Enscite, which is a partnership between the University of Derby and Aston University. The programme is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

What is the workshop about?

Companies usually need to spend money on their day to day activities but the very fabric of the organisation – such as the infrastructure, fixed assets and capital expenditure – often involves very large sums of money that need to deliver value over a prolonged period of time.

What will I Learn?

In this session you will learn about investment appraisal techniques and sources of finance to assist with decision making.

What does it cost to attend?

The workshop is part of our Enscite programme which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). This means the workshop is fully funded and offered without any cost to your organistion.

Meet your speaker

Richard Maksymowicz is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has over 35 years of financial management experience. He has worked in both in the UK and overseas, including roles in central government. Richard has been a financial management consultant for 12 years.
