Event overview

The new textbook ‘Person-Centred Care in Radiography: Skills for providing effective patient care’ was published by Wiley in September 2023. The book explores the complex interpersonal skills required for diagnostic imaging and radiation therapy practice to ensure a high-quality person-centred service is provided. The book is co-authored by a team of expert authors and grounded in the team’s own research.

Targeted at all staff working within diagnostic and therapeutic radiography clinical departments and educational institutions, the book can be used both in radiography education, and by qualified staff wishing to reflect on their own practice and develop their person-centred care skills.

This event will celebrate the publication of the new textbook, and give attendees the opportunity to meet the authors.
