Mental Health in the workplace matters more now than ever before and is the leading cause of sickness absence. In 2020, 41%* of employees experienced mental health symptoms directly affecting their productivity at work, that's one in six of UK workers dealing with a mental health issue such as stress, depression and anxiety. Many employers are still unsure of the role they have to play in improving their staff's wellbeing. This workshop is aimed at employers, business owners and HR managers looking for guidance to build an effective wellbeing initiative to support their organisation’s recovery strategy.

This event will introduce you to the Mental Health and Productivity Pilot (MHPP), fully funded by Midlands Engine, and demonstrate how this can address sickness/absence, productivity, culture and general wellbeing of you and your team.
