The sessions are designed as an entire series, covering a wide range of subjects that will help you develop positive leadership within your organisation and attendance at each workshop is highly recommended. Please use the drop down tabs below for more information on each workshop, including dates and times.

20 January, 10:00 - 12.00

A session designed to explore the meaning of inclusivity and how leaders can create positive cultures where all people feel valued for their contribution to the organisation.

27 January, 1 hour video watch at a time convenient to you

A key role of a leader is to shape the direction of the organisation or department and set the vision of how to get there. This session discusses key techniques to ensure that people are 'on the bus' and travelling towards that same shared vision.

3 February, 10:00 - 12.00

Building a positive relationship with your team and colleagues is vital to a successful leader.  This session will explore key aspects of relationship building, specifically trust.  Positive relationships will lead to greater opportunities to empower others through confidently delegating key tasks to them, meaning you can focus on leading.

10 February, 1 hour video watch at a time convenient to you.

Attracting talent is a challenge, retaining talent is even more challenging.  This session explores contemporary strategies to grow talent and ensure that talented people are rooted within the organisation.

17 February, 10:00 - 11.00

An opportunity to discuss and share the contemporary leadership challenges which face your business. Ask our leadership expert any questions you may have, and hear the experiences of other business leaders.
