Professor of Organisational Behavior and Human Resource Management

Prior to joining the University, Ziguang was a Professor at the City University of Hong Kong. His research expertise focuses on organisational behaviour and human resource (HR) issues, including leadership, proactive behaviour, emotional labour, person-job/organisation fit, and cross-cultural HR.
