Adopting new digital technology can be a risky and expensive investment for many organisations, so timing is everything! Join this workshop to learn the strategies that will help you move forwards confidently and make the most of your investment.

This workshop is part of Enscite, which is a partnership between the University of Derby and Aston University. The programme is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

What is the workshop about?

Adopting new digital technology is fraught with risk. Adopt too soon and you may struggle with an immature technology, poorly supported by infrastructure. Adopt too late and you will miss first mover advantage and lose out to your competition.

What will I learn?

This workshop will provide methods necessary for you to evaluate the best time to adopt technologies and risk mitigation strategies to ensure a sustainable transition. You will be guided through the generation of a technology adoption planning activity that will ensure that you have a viable plan for appropriate technology selection and roll-out within your enterprise.

How much does it cost to attend?

The workshop is part of our Enscite programme which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). This means the workshop is fully funded and offered without any cost to your organisation.
