Managing cashflow is key to developing a thriving business. Without cash, there is no business! Join us to learn these fundamental financial skills.

This workshop is part of Enscite, which is a partnership between the University of Derby and Aston University. The programme is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

What is the workshop about?

Cash is the lifeblood of a business - ‘Cash is King’. The understanding and management of cash and the cash operating cycle is paramount in a business’s survival. It doesn’t matter what other performance metrics may say, if you run out of cash you no longer have a business.

What will I learn?

During this session we will look at the ‘oil that keeps the machinery of our world turning…’. We will look in some further detail as to how seemingly profitable businesses can fail, and positive and negative cashflows. We will consider the tools and techniques to help manage cashflow and review cashflow forecasting.

What does it cost to attend?

The workshop is part of our Enscite programme which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). This means the workshop is fully funded and offered without any cost to your organisation.
