The British Society of Criminology (Midlands Branch) is holding the second seminar in this year's series of three at the University of Derby. In collaboration with the Universities of Nottingham and Wolverhampton, the University of Derby will present an 'Author meet Critic' event in which four speakers will present papers to two critics and a hybrid audience.

The critics (Emily Gray - Derby and Qi Chen - Nottingham) will provide constructive feedback on these papers and the audience (both present and online) will be encouraged to ask questions of the authors. The event will culminate for those present in an informal social event with refreshments provided and is free to all attending. This event is open to anyone with an interest in criminology.
