Russell Earnshaw

'Rusty' is curious and passionate about helping people and teams become the best they can be. Since graduation from Cambridge in 1997, Russell's experiences in elite sport have seen him win the European Cup as a player for Bath, compete and coach in the Commonwealth Games, win numerous World Series events and a Silver medal at the 2013 World Cup as coach with England 7's, and a World Championship gold medal as a coach with GB students. Subsequent to this, his time working in the England Rugby Pathway allowed him to be part of a team that developed future English rugby players. As a developer of coaches and leaders, Rusty has worked cross-sport (with organisations including GB Hockey, British Swimming, the FA, British Triathlon, the RFL) and in business (Google and the NHS among others).
