A Culinary Demonstration with Javier Dominguez Santos

Head Chef Javi Santos has been a prodigy of the Roux stable for several years, serving most recently as Head Chef at award-winning Rocpool Reserve in Inverness since 2013. He has also worked within the Roux organization at Greywalls, Inverlochy Castle as well as Michelin starred, Le Gavroche. Javi was born and raised in Barcelona, and is classically French trained. He is a member of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and winner of the Rising Star award from The Scottish Hotel Awards.

Javier will be delivering a live cooking demonstration, preparing brown butter glazed potato gnocchi, crispy fried 'poached egg', mushrooms and chorizo.

Come along and witness first hand how to prepare and deliver this mouth watering dish!

Javier will also welcome any questions that you may have.
