Responding to your invitation

The information below relates to our Buxton Awards Ceremony taking place on Saturday 10 November 2018 at the Dome Buxton - please note the ticket purchasing goes live in September 2018. You will receive an invitation to notify you of the ticket purchase link you will need.

You'll need to use our online system to respond to your invitation. The deadline for responses is Wednesday 10 October 2018.

If you're declining your invitation you need to ensure that you provide us with an up-to-date postal address for yourself as we'll be posting your certificate to you after the ceremony has taken place.

If you are accepting your invitation you'll need to let us know. If you're purchasing guest tickets and lunch tickets you can do this online. You can book tickets for the church service online too. Please don't forget to include yourself in ticket number requirements for church and lunch ticket orders.

If you are still awaiting confirmation of your award you need to respond to your invitation now. If your award is not confirmed by 19 October then any ticket purchase made will be automatically refunded to you AFTER the ceremony has taken place.

Please note your date of birth will show in an American format mm/dd/yyyy.

How to book your ticket step by step guide:

  1. You need to log onto your student account
  2. Select Enrolment/Student Centre (usually the top left hand tile on the screen) and Enter your student number and password
  3. You will then see a pop up message informing you Award Ceremony Tickets are now available, accept the alert and it will disappear
  4. Select the Purchase Tickets or confirm unable to attend link (top right of screen)
  5. Further screens will load that you should check carefully, they confirm information about your name, date of birth, award etc. You’ll then get to a screen where you can accept your invitation and book your ticket requirements.
