Join us to hear from Jane Stockwell, Senior Vice President (SVP) - Commercial and Legal for Customer Team, Civil Aerospace, Rolls Royce, who will speak about the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

About the speaker

"Following graduation from Derby University and two years of postgraduate study in law, I joined Rolls-Royce in 1998. I am a practising solicitor and have spent most of my 25 years at Rolls-Royce working in the Civil Aerospace business. In my current role, as SVP of Commercial and Legal, Customers, I have a global team of around 60 people who are responsible for supporting our selling activity with and negotiating contracts with airline customers and for the ‘in-contract’ management of a variety of aspects of those transactions.

As a member of LGBTQ+ community, and one of the most senior openly ‘out’ employees at Rolls-Royce, I am the Executive Sponsor of our UK-based, Global Inclusivity Network for members of the LGBTQ+ community and its allies: PRISM. However, I am passionate about supporting an inclusive workplace for all, whilst acknowledging that we all have much to learn in this place still. I live in Derby with my partner and our son."
