About the workshop

This session will share an overview of a practical framework to help you build and develop a high performing, exceptional team. We’ll consider the key areas to focus on. We’ll talk about how to prioritise them so you don’t waste your time and money on the things you’re already good at or don’t need.

There’ll be time at the end of the session for questions and answers to help you with any specific issues you may have.
