Getting Great Data: Support Analysis in IPA

This face-to-face workshop is ideal for postgraduate students who have collected data for an IPA project and are seeking support in the analysis phase, and for research supervisors who support them. On the course, you'll have the chance to work in small groups with your data and gain individual time (approximately 10 minutes) with a facilitator to discuss your analysis. We will also cover tips for writing up your work and defending an IPA project at viva.
All refreshments and lunch are provided. This course has limited places. 12 people maximum. You will be asked to bring copies of an IPA data set with you to share and work on in a group (2 pages transcript)
Agenda for the day
9:00 registration, tea and coffee
10-12:30 Group analysis on student data sets and debrief
12:30-1:30 lunch and networking
1:30-2:30 Individual sessions with facilitator and analysis discussions with peers
3:00-4:00 Themes: defending, articulating and writing up.
4:00-4:30 Whole group Q&A
