In-school and virtual activities

The Widening Access team has now returned to face-to-face delivery, however, we are still maintaining our virtual offer where appropriate to provide added flexibility to best support your needs.

In school and virtual activities

Our on-campus, in-school, and virtual activities provide key information about higher education and alternative progression routes. They have been designed to support attainment, channel aspiration, and help students make informed decisions regarding their future. To book an activity, please email the Widening Access team at wateam@derby.ac.uk.

Virtual delivery platform

We can offer many of these activities virtually through the Blackboard Collaborate platform or Microsoft Teams. If you would like to trial the Blackboard Collaborate platform or would like more information, please email your Widening Access team contact.
