Dr Kassim Noor Mohamed BA MSc PhD FHEA, Project Manager (Malaysia)

Dr Noor Mohamed is a senior lecturer and former senior customs officer in Malaysia with over 20 years of professional enforcement experience. He is now the overseas Project Manager for our partnership with the Royal Malaysia Police. He specialised in field operations, which included surveillance, intelligence gathering, detection and prosecution of organised smuggling and customs fraud syndicates. Ms Ann Minton, Lead for Academic Partnerships for the College of Law, Humanities and Social Sciences

Ms Ann Minton BSc MMedEd J.P, Lead for Academic Partnerships
Ms Minton is the Lead for Academic Partnerships within the College of Law, Humanities and Social Sciences and the UK Project Manager for the Royal Malaysia Police. An expert in work-based learning, Ann has experience in accrediting and designing bespoke programmes for organisations and businesses, which are aligned to professional standards and organisational needs, and that also meet with the quality requirements for higher education study. Read more about Ms Ann Minton

Ms Sara Ward, Quality Expert for National College of Policing, Qatar and Senior Lecturer in Law

Ms Sara Ward LLB PGPLT FHEA, Quality Expert for the Police College in Qatar
Ms Ward is currently on a 9-month secondment in Qatar, where she is helping the country’s new national police college implement quality systems. Before entering academia, Sara had a varied career working in managerial roles for large and small companies in the UK. Read more about Ms Sara Ward

Phil Henry

Dr Philip Henry BA PhD, Director of the Multi-Faith Centre
Phil worked for Nottinghamshire Constabulary for 20 years. 18 of those years were spent in CID, where he rose to the rank of detective. As part of the former Regional Crime Squad (now known as the National Crime Agency) he was involved in surveillance training and worked as a rural surveillance officer. Read more about Dr Philip Henry
