Derby UK University Search Exhibition

Located in our sports centre, the university and apprenticeship fair allows your students to find out more about their next steps. Last year, we had over 60 organisations take part in the university and degree apprenticeships exhibition.

Students will be able to:

• Speak to a variety of exhibiting universities and apprenticeship providers, ranging from Russell Group universities to world-leading employers delivering apprenticeship programmes
• Attend a range of informative advice and guidance sessions, delivered by university experts, including sessions on what a degree apprenticeship is, how to choose your perfect course, and how to start your application to university

We will also be running a taster day as part of the event, for your students to discover what they can do specifically at Derby. This will be based in our main atrium building, a few minutes walk from the exhibition hall, and will also be the same location that students are able to get catering from. On the day, students will be able to:

• Explore our campus by joining our students on a guided tour, and find out first-hand what it's like to study at Derby
• Discover the breadth of subjects that we offer at Derby with our 'give-it-a-go' activities. Last year we had over 30 separate subject stands allowing students to find out more about those course areas, ask questions to our academic teams around subject specialisms and be inspired about their next steps
