Ways to study
Everyone has different schedules and commitments, so at Derby, we make sure your MBA study can fit around you.
You can either attend teaching sessions on campus, study 100% online from anywhere in the world, or combine the two*.
You can also choose the length of your programme:
- Study full-time for one year (on campus)
- Study part-time for two or three years (on campus, online, or a mixture of both*).
This is the fastest route to the MBA. You will need to attend regular classes at the University’s Kedleston Road site in Derby.
You will need to attend evening classes at least once a week. Usually these are face-to-face classes at Kedleston Road, Derby, however, you may be able to study some of the modules online, subject to approval*.
You will interact with our experienced academic team and guest experts in a bespoke collaborative online learning environment. You will be able to use learning resources, the e-library and a wide range of support services. Our dedicated online learner advisors are also on-hand to offer you non-academic support throughout your studies.
