College of Health, Psychology and Social Care staff

Helen Roberts teaches across the Occupational Therapy programmes at the University of Derby, and is Programme Leader for the MSc Occupational Therapy programme. Helen is part of the Pre-Registration Occupational Therapy teaching team that received special commendation in the University awards as the best performing course category 2017/2018.

Nigel is a Postgraduate Research Student in the College of Health, Psychology and Social Care.

Julie has been working in higher education for over ten years now. As a senior lecturer in Pre-registration Nursing, Julie supports students across the programme. She has a special interest in simulation and clinical skills and her current research interest is around the use of technology to enhance the simulation experience.

Rachel Rozier is a Postgraduate Research Student and works for Oxford University Press in the English Language Teaching division. 

As a Senior Lecturer in Occupational Therapy, Dr Teresa Rushton, facilitates teaching and learning for students studying on the Pre-registration and Post-Registration Occupational Therapy Programmes.

Sean works as an Associate Lecturer and Technician supporting the Forensic Psychology course at the University of Derby.
