Senior Lecturer in Forensic Psychology Programme Leader (Forensic Psychology BSc Hons)

Dr Henry Lennon is a Senior Lecturer in Forensic Psychology. He is also Programme Leader of BSc Forensic Psychology, shaping and maintaining high academic standards by working with colleagues and external bodies. He contributes to teaching both the BSc and MSc Forensic Psychology courses at Derby. His research is in the field of critical discursive social psychology.

Sigrid's research focuses on reading and wellbeing, behaviour change and doctoral pedagogy. She teaches at all levels, supervises research students and contributes to the university's doctoral supervisor training. As Deputy Chair of the HPSC College Research Committee, she supports our research community and contributes to strategic developments enhancing sustainable research and innovation

As a Senior Lecturer in Post Graduate Nursing Erica has been part of the Specialist Community Public Health Nursing team since 2019. As Pathway lead for the School Nursing, she supports this cohort of students both academically and in practice.

Lecturer in Health Psychology

Dr Jenny Lunt is a lecturer in Health Psychology here at the University of Derby. Prior to joining the University of Derby, Jenny worked as an independent practitioner and as a principal psychologist within the health and safety executive. Jenny is now active in research, focusing on the application of behaviour change to Health and Safety and Recovery at work.

Frances Maratos’ research informs applied emotion regulation, compassion and wellbeing interventions worldwide. She is widely published and has excellent grant capture. Frances is the exiting Chair of the College of HPSC Research Committee. Her Professorial appointment reflects not only her international research profile but also her longstanding commitment to the University.
