What is Citizens Advice Derbyshire Districts?

Citizens Advice Derbyshire Districts is an independent charity providing high quality advice across the High Peak with drop-in and appointment services at our offices and outreach surgeries, including the University of Derby, Buxton Campus.

What do we offer?

We can offer you free, confidential, impartial and independent advice with our highly trained and experienced staff, as well as additional resources available through our online advice guide, on a range of issues such as:

  • debt
  • benefits
  • money
  • housing
  • employment
  • immigration
  • consumer issues
  • family and relationship
  • legal matters

When can you come and see us?

An adviser is available on campus to all university students and staff, during term time by appointment.

You can book an appointment by contacting the Student Wellbeing Reception, Clarendon House.

Monday afternoons, 1.00pm - 4.00pm
