Reflection and PDP
Reflection is an essential part of your life so that you can learn from your success and mistakes.
Reflection is extremely important to our growth and development, whether it is in our academic writing or in our daily lives.
Reflecting on results
It is important to check your feedback on your assignments to see how you could improve for the future.
Reflecting on practice
If you are enrolled on a course which involves practical learning (for example, teaching, nursing, completing experiments etc…) it would be beneficial to include some of your reflection in your writing. This will strengthen your writing if you have shown the reader that you are aware of the strengths and weaknesses in your practice.
