Copyright Cleared Content Showcase
The Library’s Copyright Clearance Unit will be demonstrating our latest copyright management system called ©opyright ©leared ©ontent on 20th April at Buxton Campus!
Academics can now request their ©©© easily and seamlessly within their Reading Lists. Efficient and legal: no more slow, time-consuming forms, simply request the article needed and receive an instant notification. Students can read their ©©© quickly and easily within their Reading Lists. Flexible and intuitive: it fits in with their lives – on-campus or off-campus, simply click on the Online Resource and read instantly. Anytime and on any device.
Our previous demonstrations of ©opyright ©leared ©ontent at Kedleston’s Atrium, Britannia Mill Refectory and Markeaton St were a great success! Academics were very impressed with the speed and ease of requesting a copyright cleared digitisation; enabling them to choose an article whenever inspiration strikes for their lectures.
Students found the new system worked well within their Reading Lists, saving them time searching on the website; enabling them to read articles wherever and whenever.
The University of Derby is now 1 of 40 institutions that have chosen to adopt this latest technology as a way to improve their student experience. The Library’s Copyright Clearance Unit is expanding its service to provide this flexible and easy to use resource for all Colleges. With ©opyright ©leared ©ontent we can help support more academics in the creation of their modules. With ©opyright ©leared ©ontent more HE students will benefit from the opportunity to access copyright cleared digitisations within their Reading Lists.
We will have also have a workshop in Leek for any HE lecturers based over there – please watch out for more details and news updates! For help, guidance, workshops and one-to-one sessions – contact firstname.lastname@example.org or Tel: 01332-591219
