The Love Your Mind campaign
The Student Wellbeing 'Love Your Mind' campaign works in partnership with the International Office, the Student Experience Team, Study Skills, Chaplaincy and Students' Union.
Love Your Mind offers a range of support to all of you, including resources, tools and experiences to support your wellbeing.This includes information leaflets that can be found at all Student Centres and cover a number of subjects including managing sleep, stress. healthy living and many other issues relevant to student life.
We also provide a Wellbeing section in the Library at Kedleston Road, which offers a range of books which will give you some cheap and healthy recipes.
Love Your Mind also organises interactive events, on a monthly basis, providing students with information and taster experiences to support your wellbeing. These can include holistic therapies, massages (by our lovely Buxton Spa students), creative arts and singing for fun. At these events an area is also available for you to come and talk to Wellbeing staff who can offer advice and signpost on to other services.
