Please note: The Derby Internship Programme has closed for recruitment for 2018, but details of further recruitment will be announced soon.

The Derby Internship Programme began in 2013 and to date has placed over 200 interns in roles ranging from film production to community engagement. What some of our previous employers have said about the programme:

“We have been thoroughly impressed with the University of Derby’s Internship programme… our experience proved to be an overwhelming success and has subsequently led to offering a full-time position to a University of Derby student”.

“The impact of our intern placement has been hugely positive. With the help of the team, we were able to identify the right candidate at the right time for our business and effectively manage a bottleneck in our studio in the process”.

“The clarity of communication in managing our expectations, through to the level of support in finding suitable applicants has been first class. And the team have been a pleasure to work with”.
