The Learning Enterprise (Virgin Care)

The Learning Enterprise is the national training arm of Virgin Care.

Established in 2012, when it was part of the transfer of a number of NHS Services to Virgin Care, it previously provided training for Community Health and Social Care staff within Surrey and was a vocational training provider as well as supplying joint training on behalf of Surrey County Council.

Working in partnership with other educational providers and Universities, TLE designs and delivers evidence-based education through training, coaching and inspiring excellence with the aim of providing high quality education and training to meet the personal, professional and aspirational needs of the health and social care workforce.

Programmes

The University has approved the following programme to run at the The Learning Enterprise (Virgin Centre)

• FdSc Professional Development (Health and Social Care)

Enrolment

Students apply to The Learning Enterprise (Virgin Care) and enrol in September.

Award Ceremonies

Awarding students are invited to attend the University of Derby Awards Ceremonies which are held annually in July and November.
