Kate Wood
Project Manager Mental Health and Productivity Pilot

Kate works in the Research & Knowledge Exchange Office and brings over 20 years experience in business development and management, specialising in the area of mental health. A drive for positive mental wellbeing in all sectors is at the heart of her role and she feels honoured to lead the project.

Robin Pepper
Knowledge Exchange Manager

Robin has 30 years experience in a business development role, spent primarily in the healthcare sector. Originally from a communications and marketing background, Robin’s latter career pathway has been established within Higher Education and Health & Social Care, in a Knowledge Exchange capacity.

Claire Carter
Business Relationship Manager / Senior Lecturer

Claire has worked in the healthcare sector for over 20 years. Currently, she works with organisations to deliver their workforce development needs and assists in supporting employees’ mental health. Claire has a number of projects that she supports to embed the university within our community.

Paula Holt, College of Health and Social Care

Dr Paula Holt
Pro Vice Chancellor, Dean of College of Health, Psychology & Social Care and MHPP Clinical Lead

Paula worked as a mental health nurse and served as an Army officer, heading up mental health services for the Forces, before returning to the NHS to lead a drug and alcohol team and a mentally disordered offender service. She is responsible for equality, diversity and inclusivity at the University.
