The People Project aimed to embed a high-performing People function within Bloc Digital, with a strong focus on employee experience, organisational culture, and workforce effectiveness. Supported by a Management Knowledge Transfer Partnership (MKTP), the project brought structure, pace, and strategic intent to the transformation. Bloc Digital used the MKTP framework to build a resilient and future-focused People function that underpins strategic growth and operational efficiency.

Our MKTP with Roksana and the University of Derby is embedding a high-impact People function - building on our great culture, leading operational efficiency, and enabling strategic growth. It’s laying the foundations for our continued evolution to meet a changing world and the growing needs of our client base.
