What is the workshop about?

Developing a growth framework is an essential component of a successful business. It enables organisations to survive challenges, becoming even more resilient in the face of change and uncertainty.

This session provides an opportunity for SME owners and managers to start thinking differently about the growth of their organisation. Growth strategies implemented before the pandemic may now need to be revised. Participants will learn how to create a growth framework that helps lift the productivity and efficiency of their business so that it can thrive for years to come.

Meet your speaker
