Health and social care

Workforce development for health and social care

We’re working with organisations across the health and social care sector to create learning and development solutions based on service need and in line with national and local priorities.

Patient care, quality of care and workforce development are at the top of the health and social care agenda, so working with a partner who understands the environment and who can develop innovative training solutions in collaboration with your organisation is vital.

Programmes range from leadership and management through to clinical skills supervision and the Assistant Practitioner foundation degree for support staff and assistants working in a health or social care setting.
